We have reached an
agreement with Lakeside Plastics in Oshkosh WI to
form a joint venture company to develop and market
plastisols. This joint venture, Lakeside Polymer
Services, combines the manufacturing ability of
Lakeside, the customer knowledge of PS&I, and will
be the industry benchmark for technology.
Lakeside Polymer Services will offer unparalleled
levels of customer service. Lakeside Plastics
will continue its current business, as will PS&I.
Lakeside Polymer Services looks forward to the

In addition to the
formation of Lakeside Polymer Services, PS&I
welcomes
Rick Theissen as
our newest principal.. Rick was
with 3M for 35 years and brings technology in both plastisols and organosols, as well as other
polymers, such as acrylics and urethanes. Among
other accomplishments, Rick was Past Chairman of
the SPE Polymers, Modifiers and additives
Division.
